WELCOME TO FALL CREEK PLACE
Fall Creek Place Located near downtown Indianapolis on the city's near north side, FCP is a neighborhood filled with a diverse mix of hard working people who appreciate the benefits of downtown living.  FCP is a community of hard working families and well acquainted neighbors, sharing in the dream of home owner ship, and enjoying the active and diverse surroundings that come with downtown living.  The neighborhood has many restored historic houses with tree line streets, parks and other great amenities  Located only two miles north of the heart of downtown Indianapolis, Fall Creek Place offers a unique blend of housing types over a wide range of prices.  The wide variety of home prices and housing types means there is a place for everyone.  After its renovation in the early 2000's, residents now reap the benefits of living in this revitilized area.  This innovative development features newly constructed homes along with restored historic homes in a neighborhood with new parks, new sidewalk and other amenities...and don’t forrget bicycles, you are only blocks from the Monon Trail and Indpls cultural trail.

The neighborhood is right on Fall Creek Parkway , which can whisk you northeast to Binford Blvd and interstate 69 or Keystone Avenue in minutes. It is also a mile north of interstate 65 and 70, providing quick and  convenient access to the regional interstate systems. And unlike many of the housing developments surrounding Indianapolis, it's a neighborhood that wasn't cared out of a cornfield overnight.

The Fall Creek Place Business Collective, formed in 2017, is a strong active group of allied business in the neighborhood working together to serve FCP and nearby patrons.  Fcp  is home to a growing business community taking advantage of the strong residential base, heavy traffic on primary thoroughfares, and visible loaction.  Most exciting are the number of entrepreneurs, who have chosen to grow their businesses worth our neighborhood.  The businesses of the collective are the pillars of our vibrant neighborhood, and their continued effort to support the neighborhood and each other is indicative of our community strength.  You do not have to leave your neighborhood to enjoy finer things.
Parks are where children play, where families gather together and friendships are formed, and where you stay connected to each other and to nature.   Parks are essential to creating a community where residents can interact with one another and keep in touch with familiar faces.  Fall Creek Place has four neighborhood parks and is just a short block or two from the Monon and Fall Creek trails that connect riders and pedestirans to the extensive Indy Greenways Systems.
The Fall Creek Place Homeowners Association owns, maintains, and manages three neighborhood parks plus there is one city park.
The parks are open dusk to dawn and are governed by rules adopted by the HOA Board of Directors. They are also available for reservation for special events by both HOA members and the general public in accordance with the rules and with the approval of the HOA.
