Fall Creek Place Located near downtown Indianapolis on the city's near north side, FCP is a neighborhood filled with a diverse mix of hard working people who appreciate the benefits of downtown living. The neighborhood has many restored historic houses with tree line streets, parks and other great amenities Located only two miles north of the heart of downtown Indianapolis, Fall Creek Place offers a unique blend of housing types over a wide range of prices. The Fall Creek Place Business Collective, formed in 2017, is a strong active group of allied business in the neighborhood working together to serve FCP and nearby patrons. Fcp is home to a growing business community taking advantage of the strong residential base, heavy traffic on primary thoroughfares, and visible loaction. Most exciting are the number of entrepreneurs, who have chosen to grow their businesses worth our neighborhood. The businesses of the collective are the pillars of our vibrant neighborhood, and their continued effort to support the neighborhood and each other is indicative of our community strength. You do not have to leave your neighborhood to enjoy finer things.
Parks are where children play, where families gather together and friendships are formed, and where you stay connected to each other and to nature. Parks are essential to creating a community where residents can interact with one another and keep in touch with familiar faces. Fall Creek Place has four neighborhood parks and is just a short block or two from the Monon and Fall Creek trails that connect riders and pedestirans to the extensive Indy Greenways Systems.
The Fall Creek Place Homeowners Association owns, maintains, and manages three neighborhood parks plus there is one city park.
The parks are open dusk to dawn and are governed by rules adopted by the HOA Board of Directors. They are also available for reservation for special events by both HOA members and the general public in accordance with the rules and with the approval of the HOA.
